Child Endangerment

BASIC DEFINITION: "Child Endangerment" is legally defined in South Carolina as a driver who is arrested for DUI, "Drunk Driving", or "Failure to Stop for a Blue Light", and there are one or more passengers age 15years old or less.

CRIMINAL PENALTIES: Up to 1/2 of the maximum punishment of the underlying offense.

LICENSE SUSPENSION: 60 days.
